TED | Talks | Isabel Allende: Tales of passion (video)
PLEASE watch this for two reasons:
1) Most of all, just, wow. Listen and reflect on the power of stories, the strength of passion and the need to change the world. Listening to this called me to action on the Nine Million children living as refugees worldwide. It made me dream about what I want my life to become and what most matters to me to DO. Meanwhile, here’s more on the NineMillion:
2) Because we learn to communicate well by listening and watching. “This is how you do it” folks, this talk (and any number of TED talks) is a gold standard to learn from.

I really liked hearing her speak of creating a perfect world. She has a good desire.
I had the privilege of hearing Corry Ten Boon live ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corrie_ten_Boom ) She was treated terribly in German death camps.
I also personal knew Richard & Sabina Wurmbrand and sat with him to hear the terrible things done not just to women, but to men also. Hatred had no sexual preference.
This is a side of the world that I deplore. It is the evil that good fights against. Where God is good, evil opposes everything good.
Powerful video. Thanks for posting and bringing to our attention.
Now I can see Allende is not only a great latinamerican writer, is a great speaker too.
Thanks for the video.
